影片拍攝及後期製作服務
1.如非特別列明，所有由瞳映製作有限公司（下稱本公司）製作之素材及完成作品（下稱成品）之版權歸客户所有，惟本公司亦同時擁有其含商業及非商業使用之播放及使用權。
2.所有影片製作均有三次免費修改次數，其後每次收改收費為港幣五百元正。
3.客戶需於接受報價後兩星期內繳付一半款項，剩餘款項需於收到成品後一個月內付清。
4.在拍攝開始前一星期內，如因任何原因導致活動延期，本公司會收取港幣三百元正作臨時改動之行政費。
5.如因任何原因導致活動取消，本公司仍會收取本報價單總數半價作行政及相關費用。
6.所有款項需於收到成品後一個月內付清。
7.任何於本報價表外之服務均有可能造成額外收費，請事先與本公司職員溝通並以書面作實為準。
8.本公司擁有對本條款之最終解釋權。
1.Unless specified, all materials and final products are owned by clients, though Lenx Production Limited will also have the right to play and use the materials and final product in commercial and noncommercial usage.
2.All video editing services include 3 free modify chances, 500HKD charge will be made from the fourth time onward.
3.Half of the payments have to settle within 2 weeks after quotation confirmed, the rest of the payment have to settle within 1 month after the final products are received by the client.
4.Any cause to the shooting delay decision made within 1 week before the event date will be charged 300HKD for administrative cost.
5.Any cause to the event cancelation decision made will be charged half of the quotation for administrative and other relative cost.
6.All payments have to settle within 1 month after the final products are received by the client.
7.Any service outside this quotation may cause extra charge, please contact our staff and confirm by written form.
8.Any other matters and/or instances which have not been covered by the above terms and conditions shall be decided upon by Lenx Production Limited. The final decision shall rest on the sole discretion of the company unless the laws of Hong Kong SAR state otherwise.
